Permanent Residence (F-5)

Permanent residency for those who have lawfully resided for 5+ years. Requirements differ by track (marriage migrants, high-income professionals, investors, etc.).

Eligibility

  • 5+ years of lawful residence
  • Required level of assets/income
  • Korean ability (TOPIK or KIIP level 5)
  • Clean criminal record

  • ARC
  • Residency history proof
  • Income/asset proof
  • Korean proficiency proof
  • Criminal record (Korea + home country)
