For foreign professionals in one of 87 designated occupations. Requires meeting education, experience, and salary thresholds.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's in field or 5+ years experience
  • Salary at least 80% of GNI (varies by occupation)
  • Employment contract with Korean company

Required Documents

  • Diploma (apostilled)

Process

  1. Certificate of Confirmation of Visa Issuance (4–6 weeks)
  2. Visa stamp at Korean embassy (1–2 weeks)
  3. Alien registration within 90 days of arrival
